This flat plot of 4.5 hectares is located between olive and nispero trees. A foundation has already been poured on which a house can be built, and a sturdy wall with a path has been built to divide the plot into two flat parts. There is also a wooden chalet of 25 m2 with a veranda. You can reach this chalet via the footpath and the "nipero lane".
THERE are +/- 50 nispero trees on this plot, and a few olive trees. The local farmers also call it "nispero terreno" At the entrance to the plot there is a carob tree of at least 100 years old! The plot is easily accessible via an asphalt road and a gravel path. Very important, next to the plot there is a water depot where you can drain the trees.
