GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – REFERRAL BONUS CAMPAIGN

Article 1 – General

1. This campaign, named "Referral Bonus for Property Listings!", is organized by Casagalera, located at Calle Tabarca s/n, Centro Comercial Arabi Plaza 24a, 03580 Alfaz del Pi, and registered as a recognized real estate agency under number RAICV3113.
   By participating in this campaign, the participant agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Participation Conditions

1. Participation in the campaign is open to natural persons aged 18 and older who refer a property seller to Casagalera.
2. The referred seller must not be an existing client of Casagalera.
3. A referral is considered valid if:
   
   • The referred seller explicitly confirms in writing that the participant referred them before signing the collaboration agreement.
   • The property is listed for sale with Casagalera through a signed sales contract.
   • The property issuccessfully sold through Casagalera, and the sale is finalized at the notary.

   Article 3 – Reward

1. The reward is paid to the participant after the sale is completed at the notary and the property ownership has been transferred.
   The reward amount is as follows:
   For a sale price up to and including €250,000: €500
   For a sale price between €250,000 and €500,000: €750
   For a sale price above €500,000: €1,000

   If Casagalera receives only half of the usual agency commission due to collaboration, the referral reward will likewise be reduced by half.
   

2. The reward will be transferred to the participant’s designated bank account within 5 working days after the notarial transfer.
   If multiple persons refer the same seller, the reward will be granted to the first person who can provide verifiable proof of referral.

   Article 4 – Exclusions

1. The campaign does not apply to real estate agents, real estate companies, or other professionals in the real estate sector.
2. If it is found that a participant has provided false or misleading information, Casagalera reserves the right to revoke the reward.

Article 5 – Modifications and Termination

1. Casagalera reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. However, rights to rewards already earned will remain valid.
2. In case of disputes regarding the interpretation of these terms, Casagalera will make the final decision.

Article 6 – Applicable Law

1. This campaign and its general terms are subject to Spanish law.
   Any disputes will be submitted to thecompetent court in Benidorm.
